Hi blog peeps – well please excuse the mess.. yes you have reached Simply Elegant Photography by Tina and YES… I’m getting a blog make-over! so I just updated my site and naturally if you know a photographer – we are night owls.. so with that being said.. yep, I’m updating my website right about now and I’m in the process of changed the Prophoto’s basic creator design, so please bare with me until I iron out a few bumps-n-patches on my blog site.. and NO, i didn’t take those awesome images that you see currently at the top of my site.. so again, please bare with me.. I’m aiming to bring more images to the blog site and a better blog site at that.. so make sure you book mark this site and keep checking back ok.. because there’s more to come!

Hi blog peeps… well it’s been way too long since I have blogged. I hope you didn’t think I have fallen off this earth… well truth is.. a little, I’ve had so many photo sessions going on and with the move of the studio back home and remodeling the studio at home, well let’s just say things were pretty busy and what little time i had, all I could think about was my blog site! OMG, i’m soo far behind it wasn’t even funny.. BUT now that studio is done, I’m caught up on photo sessions and just about ready to launch an incredible website (which yep rebranding).. I’m still working on a few things, tryin to get caught up with the modern age websites & etc… but i’m getting there, but for now, I wanted to share with you Donnie and LeAnne’s engagement session. MY OH MY! what a beautiful couple this is going on be, their wedding will be soon and I can’t wait to show you LeAnne’s bridal and then naturally their wedding. Hi blog Peeps – Well it’s Mark & Mary’s family that’s on the blog tonight! What a awesome family this is! When Mary called she advised me… “Tina I’ve got a big family” it told Mary it wasn’t a problem, I’d take care of it.. when I arrived I was excited and ready to get this family going with some awesome images and I did just that. Mark and Mary’s family was so awesome I had a blast with them.. Ok – so I must say we have some awesome cheerleaders this year with Thomas County Middle School… but I’m a little particial to my #1 Cheerleader – Kaycee.. yep I finally had the chance to get her portraits made. I’ve been trying to get a session setup with my baby girl and finally I got it!! here are a few cheer portraits of Kaycee and also her Fusion All Star Portraits too. Hi Blog Peeps ~ well finally I have made my way thru ME & Zack’s wedding date. First of all, this wedding was very dear to me simply because I have know both of these folks for a LONG time and when I say long time – try knowing Zack when he was like 10 yrs old.. Zack’s parents & Don and I we go way back – like “Bowling Alley days” but Zack is all grown up and what a handsome man Zack turned into and not to mention ME is one beautiful girl. ME & I, we got to know each other thru their relationship over the years, and all I can say is their relationship is like no other – they have started dating long, long ago and their relationship grew into a special one which is near and dear to our hearts and now they are MARRIED! yep, after “Save the Date Session”, “Engagement Session”, “ Bridal Session” and finally their “Wedding Day”, we have waited for their special day to come around all I know is what a beautiful day it was for ME & Zack. you guys I’m so honored to have spent the entire day with your family & friends and I only wish the best for you guys to come and I know lots of years of pure love and enjoyment in your married is yet to come between the both of you so here’s to some awesome images from your wedding event.. I’m gonna have to do this segment into 2 parts.. but it’s worth it!! so hope you enjoy the first half! CHEERS ~ Tina

Howl-O-Ween Pet Portraits – 2011 | Thomasville Photographer

Hi blog Peeps.. Ok so Halloween 2011 is gone and over, but we have something extra special to share with you on the blog. It’s the annual “Howl-O-Ween” event at the City dog park and yes we did – we setup shop and did Pet Portraits for the community, if you attended you know the was “FREE” yes, if you atteneded, you were able to capture a great image of you or maybe it was just your precious doggie’s picture, but let me tell you – I had small, medium and large and in some case – they were EXTRA Large dogs, but they were all just beautiful and I was able to capture lots of smiles that day. it was very fun and certainly my pleasure and not only did they get their portrait made, but what else – each doggie dressed up in their Halloween costume at that! Now, talk about adorable – OMG – there were some and just blew me away.. but anyway – I’ll let you be the judge of it.. so take a look and see what we did for “Howl-O-Ween – Pet Portraits… Cheers ~ Tina

Hi blog peeps.. well it’s just a short and sweet “Sneak-A-Peak” for Kayla and & Jacob Odum. The beautiful couple was married in the Kitchen Garden at Pebble Hill Plantation. I wanted to let you see just a few images from their special day, but trust me – I’m working as fast as I can to get them all presented so every one can see how beautiful this wedding was.
